Our Mission

Our mission is to help any individual move and play in the machine we call the human body.  Whether for specific sport goals or regaining and maintaining healthy movement in life, M4SL will design, educate, and provide the resources to bring your goals to life.

Understand it. Analyze it. Correct it. Maintain it.

Our Approach

Our approach is to look at the entire human movement system, analyze dysfunction, and form corrective strategies and educational materials to help you create structural balance, biomechanical efficiency, and mechanical advantage.  We employ various modalities to not only just align and strengthen but to also create new habits and patterns which result in lasting change.

 

M4SL - Personal Coaching and Teaching Services

M4SL has been evaluating and helping people for more than 15 years. We currently are seeing people both in person or online. Health and safety are very important to M4SL so all of our personal sessions are one on one to accommodate personal space and needs. Although most of our time is spent with clients one on one individual programs, we are also focusing our efforts into our online sessions, educational videos, and virtual programming. Individual Sessions- Bio-Mechanical Advantage and Correction

Virtual sessions and in person one on one sessions are now available. These sessions include evaluation, assessment, home programming, education, and support.

 

Classes/Small Groups - Movement pattern and strength training

M4SL has various classes including exercise education, neuro-energetic connections, and exercise programming. We have different groups and classes going on all of the time. Submit your interest to us so we can fit you with the right group.

 

Client Check-In Sessions - Maintenance and Program Updates

For current clients who are already on a program or have been in a maintenance or performance cycle for a while I am featuring check-in sessions where we troubleshoot problem areas that may have occurred or stepped up programming for new movement goals. These are charged by the hour and can be quick check-ins that help me teach you some trickier areas we would usually address in the office.
